Mentorship will center on optimizing forward facial growth to prevent airway problems for children age 10 and under with special emphasis on treating under age 6.
The E.C.H.O. Mentorship Full Repeat will include 2 in-person meetings (including hands-on), and 10 monthly virtual meetings of lecture and reviewing members’ cases, access to on-line community hub and library of resources.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to 45 days before the first in-person meeting will be honored and a refund issued for the amount already paid minus a 10% administrative fee which is non-refundable. If a textbook has already been sent there will be an additional fee (at cost) for that textbook. Please allow 3 weeks for processing of refunds. William M Hang (OrthO2Health) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any mentorship meeting or event or scheduled faculty with advance notice to registrant. In no event shall William M Hang (OrthO2Health) be liable for any cancellation or change penalties assessed by the airlines, hotels, or other travel related expenses as a result of in-person meeting date changes or cancellations including changes related to weather, natural disasters, COVID-19 or other unforeseen events.
